Mr. Mudd'S Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups mashed sweet potato (or 2 large cans)
    1 cup sugar
    1/4 cup eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
    2 eggs
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1/2 cup butter
    Topping
    1 cup pecans
    1 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup flour
    1/2 cup butter
Preparation
    Mash potatoes.
    Mix all ingredients for casserole.
    Put into buttered 13x9 casserole dish.
    For topping:
    Mix brown sugar and flour.
    Cut in butter and pecans.
    Put on top of potatoes.
    Bake at 350 degrees for at least 20 minutes or until bubbly and hot all the way through.
