Homemade Salsa... - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (20 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
1 medium onion
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
4 whole jalapeno peppers, chopped (I only use 2 and I seed them first!)
1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon salt
8 ounces v 8 juice
fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
Set in refrigerator overnight for flavors to blend.
