Dukan Mufffins - cooking recipe

4 eggs, seperated
1/2 oat bran
1/4 fat-free plain Greek yogurt
1/2 zero-calorie artificial sweetener
2 teaspoons cinnamon
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350.
mix egg yolks, oat bran, yogurt, sweetener and cinnamon.
gently fold egg whites into the bran mixture.
spoon better into nonstick muffin tin.
bake 25 minutes.
