Sugar-Free Oat Meal Spice Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup cream
    1 cup quick oats
    1 egg
    1/3 cup butter
    1 cup flour
    1/4 cup coconut sugar crystals or 1/4 cup honey
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
    1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 apple
Preparation
    Mix together Cream and oats. Set this bowl aside.
    Preheat oven to 375 and prep your muffin tin.
    mix egg and butter together (gently).
    In a mixing bowl, sift together the flour, coconut sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    add the egg and butter mixture to the mixing bowl and gently stir.
    cut apple into chunks.
    Put apple chunks in mixing bowl.
    Add the contents of the first bowl (half at a time) and mix. add vanilla. DO NOT OVER MIX!
    bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
