Ades Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups red lentils
    6 cups water
    4 tablespoons flour
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    1/2 lemon
    2 garlic cloves
    1 tablespoon coriander
Preparation
    Simmer lentils with six cups of water for 45 minutes.
    Make a thickening of flour, salt, pepper, and lemon juice with a little water.
    Add to lentils.
    Simmer for 15 minutes.
    Saute garlic and coriander.
    Pour over lentils.
