Nut Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    30 walnuts, shelled and chopped
    1 liter Everclear alcohol (180 proof)
    1 kg sugar
Preparation
    Make a mixture of the nuts and alcohol and have it sit for 3 months.
    Filter out the nuts.
    Add the sugar.
    Let mixture settle for another 2 to 3 days.
