Shrimp Vera Cruz - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    1 small green pepper
    1 garlic clove
    1/2 cup corn
    1/2 cup salsa
    1 pint cherry tomatoes
    1 lb shrimp, cooked
    1 tablespoon butter
    1 tablespoon cilantro
    1 tablespoon lime juice
Preparation
    In a skillet, heat oil and add green peppers.
    Cook 3 minutes.
    Add garlic.
    Stir in corn and salsa.
    Bring to a boil.
    Stir in tomatoes and shrimp.
    Cook 1 minute.
    Stir in butter.
    Spoon over tortilla chips or rice.
    Garnish with cilantro and lime.
