Quick Creamy Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons onions, finely chopped
2 1/2 cups boiling water
1 (12 ounce) can Carnation Evaporated Milk
1 1/3 cups instant potato flakes
1 1/2 teaspoons seasoning salt
1/4 teaspoon dill weed
ground black pepper
Preparation

Melt butter in medium saucepan over medium heat.
Add onion; cook, stirring occasionally, for 1 to 2 minutes or until onion is tender.
Stir in water, evaporated milk, potato flakess, seasoned salt and dill weed.
Heat until mixture just comes to a boil.
Season with pepper.
