Dutch Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Filling
    6 apples, cored, peeled and sliced thin
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/4 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
    3 tablespoons flour
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
    1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
    Topping
    3/4 cup oats
    3/4 cup flour
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/4 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
    1/3 cup butter, melted
Preparation
    Toss the apples with lemon juice and put in a casserole dish.
    Combine the dry ingredients for the filling and toss with apples.
    Combine the topping ingredients and sprinkle over the apples.
    Bake at 350 F for 45-50 minutes.
