Light And Fluffy Pancake Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    MIX
    10 cups flour
    2 2/3 cups instant milk
    3/4 cup sugar
    1/4 cup baking powder
    2 tablespoons salt
    TO MAKE PANCAKES
    1 1/2 cups pancake mix
    1 large egg
    1 cup water or 1 cup milk
    3 tablespoons vegetable oil
Preparation
    MIX:
    Combine and mix thoroughly all ingredients in a large bowl; place in an airtight container.
    Use within 6 months; store in a cool, dry place.
    PANCAKES:
    Blend all ingredients well in a bowl (add more water for thinner pancakes OR less water for thicker pancakes).
    Let stand for 5-10 minutes.
    Pour batter onto griddle and when bubbles appear on the top and begin to break, flip the pancake.
