"Hjort" Swedish Deer Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground deer meat
    1/4 cup minced onion
    1 egg
    1/2 cup oats
    1 tablespoon soy sauce
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
    mix meat, onion and egg.
    add soy sauce.
    add oats.
    add salt and pepper.
    form into balls. I used a large cookie scoop.
    Bake on foil for 30 min at 350 degrees.
