Avocado Bruschetta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 ripe avocados
    1/2 lemon, juiced
    4 slices Sourdough Bread for toast, toasted
    2 tomatoes, chopped
    3 tablespoons chopped white onions
    2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
    2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    kosher salt
    1 pinch chili flakes
Preparation
    Cut avocados in half and spoon out pulp into a medium bowl. Add lemon juice, salt and a pinch chili flakes and mash with a fork to combine.
    Spread avocado on toast and top with chopped tomatoes, onion, parsley and a drizzle of olive oil.
