Vegetarian Yakisoba Sauce. - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups soy sauce
    1/4 cup rice vinegar
    1 cup mirin
    3 tablespoons sugar
    1/4 cup vegetarian worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Combine all items and whisk well.
    Sauce can be stored in a tightly closed container in the fridge for upto 3 months.
