Salami, Onions And Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/4 of a sliced white onion
    1 dash pepper
    1 dash salt
    water, a little for each egg
    margarine (for frying) or oil (for frying)
    4 -5 slices kosher salami (thin slices)
Preparation
    In an omelette pan fry onions lightly or until transparent.
    Add salami.
    Fry on one side, not too long.
    Flip over.
    Beat eggs with water.
    Put in pan.Cook until done. Should not be runny.
    Can flip omelette out or fold.
    Enjoy.
