Cheese Bread With Bell Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf French bread
    8 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese
    1 ounce ranch dressing mix (1 packet)
    1 red bell pepper, diced
    1 yellow bell pepper, diced
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Slice bread and lightly toast each half in a 350 oven.
    Mix cream cheese with dry ranch dressing mix.
    Remove bread from oven and spread each half with cream cheese mixture.
    Sprinkle peppers on top of cream cheese.
    Sprinkle shredded cheese over peppers.
    Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted in a 350 oven.
    Slice and serve.
