Spanish Style Beef Liver-Crock Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs beef liver
    4 slices bacon, cut in half
    1/2 cup sliced carrot
    1/2 cup sliced celery
    1 small onion, sliced
    1 (1 lb) can stewed tomatoes
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    1 small bay leaf
Preparation
    Place liver in the crock pot, lay bacon slices on top.
    Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over top.
    Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
