Pineapple Pepper Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 pineapple, cut into small pieces (about 2 cups)
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
Preparation

Place all ingredients in a pan over high heat.
When mixture comes to a boil, reduce to a simmer and cook for 30 minutes.
Serve warm over vanilla or coconut ice cream.
