Dry Rub For Venison - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons course ground pepper
    2 tablespoons paprika
    2 tablespoons brown sugar
    2 tablespoons granulated garlic
    1 tablespoon salt
    1 tablespoon onion powder
    1 tablespoon crushed parsley flakes
    1 tablespoon five-spice powder
    1 teaspoon celery seed
    1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1/2 teaspoon hickory smoke salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Garlic powder may be substituted for granulated garlic.
    To use:
    Rub meat all over with a couple T olive oil.
    Coat with rub & refrigerate over night for best flavor.
