Cinnamon Coconut Swirl Ice-Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 quart French vanilla ice cream
    2 tablespoons cinnamon
    1 cup shredded coconut
Preparation
    Soften the vanilla ice cream until it is workable but not melted.
    Fold in cinnamon and shredded coconut, streaking both through the ice cream.
    Refreeze.
