Healthy Low Calorie Apple Cinnamon Baked Oatmeal - cooking recipe

1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup 1% low-fat milk
2 large eggs
1 apple, diced
1 small banana, mashed
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 large pinch salt
1/4 cup golden raisin
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 and spray 4 large muffin tin liners with cooking spray.
Combine all ingredients, and divide between muffin tin liners.
Bake for about 25-30 minutes until nicely browned.
