French Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 9 inch pie shell, unbaked,ready or homemade (NOT deep dish)
    1/2 cup butter, softened
    1 dash salt
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 tablespoon white vinegar
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    1 1/4 cups coconut (I use Angel Flake, sweetened)
Preparation
    Put all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix well with a mixer.
    Pour ingredients into unbaked pie crust.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
    Serve either warm or at room temperature.
