Escalloped Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 cups bread, cubed with the crusts cut off
    1 cup butter
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup half-and-half
    1 (20 ounce) can chunk pineapple
Preparation
    Cream sugar, butter and eggs till foamy.
    Fold in bread cubes.
    Add pineapple with juice and stir in easy.
    Place all in a 13 x 9 in pan.
