Ricotta Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 cups pancake mix
    2 1/2 cups milk
    15 ounces ricotta cheese
    2 tablespoons canola oil
Preparation
    Heat waffle iron.
    Whisk together pancake mix, milk, cheese and oil. Pour 1/3 cup batter per waffle.
    Bake 5 minutes or until golden.
