Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of celery soup
    1 (1 1/4 ounce) package onion soup mix
    1 (7 ounce) can mushrooms (drained)
    1 onion, cut in rings
    2 lbs lean stewing beef
    pepper
    8 ounces sour cream
Preparation
    Put in crock pot and cook on low 8 hours or high 4 - 6.
    These times may vary depending on your crock pot - some cook hotter than others.
    Add 8 oz sour cream before serving.
    Serve over egg noodles.
