Keto Avocado Almond Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

    1 tablespoon almond butter
    1/2 cup half-and-half
    1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    3/4 cup ice
    3 drops , no carb liquid sweetener to taste
    1 teaspoon chia seeds
    2 squares of 85% dark chocolate
Preparation
    Add ice first.
    Add remaining ingredients last into blender.
