Lemon Caper Remoulade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1 teaspoon minced drained capers
    1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
    1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
    1 teaspoon minced gherkin
Preparation
    In a bowl combine all ingredients. Serve or cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
