Ingredients
    2 tablespoons salad oil
    2 lbs lean ground beef (precooked)
    4 teaspoons dried onion flakes
    3/4 teaspoon garlic
    1 teaspoon dried oregano
    1/2 teaspoon dried basil
    2 (15 ounce) cans tomato sauce
    2 (6 ounce) cans tomato paste
    4 teaspoons chili powder
    2 teaspoons salt
    1 cup water
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Cook on low 8 hours or on high for 3 hours, then low for 3 hours.
    Serve over hot spaghetti.
    To freeze: let cool and package in zipper bags or freezer containers.
