Brown Sauce For Egg Foo Yung - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons cornstarch
    2 teaspoons rice vinegar
    2 teaspoons brown sugar
    2 tablespoons soy sauce
    1 teaspoon oyster sauce
    1 cup beef broth
    1/8 teaspoon ginger
    dried chili pepper flakes
Preparation
    In a small saucepan, blend starch, ginger, soy, vinegar and sugar. Slowly stir in beef broth and oyster sauce. Stir over a low heat until thickened and transparent. Stir in chili flakes. Serve hot.
