Spicy Rice And Kale - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 cups canned low sodium chicken broth or 2 1/4 cups low sodium vegetable broth
    1 1/2 teaspoons cajun seasoning (to taste)
    1 cup uncooked white rice or 1 cup brown rice
    4 ounces kale, stems and ribs removed, leaves coarsely chopped (about 2 cups packed or 1/2 of a large bunch)
Preparation
    Bring broth and Cajun seasoning to a boil in a large heavy saucepan.
    Stir in rice and kale and bring back to a boil.
    Reduce heat to low, cover and cook until rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed, about 20 minutes for white rice and 30 minutes for brown rice.
