Barbecued Spoonburgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons oil
    1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup diced celery
    1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 cup barbecue sauce
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    3/4 cup water
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    1/2 teaspoon paprika
    1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
    2 tablespoons vinegar
    2 tablespoons brown sugar
    1 teaspoon dry mustard
Preparation
    Brown beef in oil in saucepan, and drain.
    Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker.
    Cover, and cook on low 6-8 hours, or on hogh 3-4 hours.
    Serve on buns, or over mashed potatoes, pasta, or rice.
