Savoury Sausage Bites - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 thick sausages
    1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
    1 teaspoon dried herbs
    1 tablespoon red pesto sauce
    FOR THE DIP
    6 tablespoons tomato ketchup
    1 tablespoon malt vinegar
    2 tablespoons brown sugar
    1 tablespoon red pesto sauce
Preparation
    Cut the sausage down their length and remove the skins. Place the meat in a bowl. Mix with the parsley, dried herds and pesto.
    Divide the mixture into 12 balls and then press into patties.
    Cook the patties on a griddle for 15 minutes, turning once.
    Meanwhile, place the dip ingredients into a saucepan and stir well. Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and spoon into a serving bowl.
