Easy Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb crabmeat, flaked
    1 egg, beaten
    1 cup cracker crumb
    1 teaspoon dry mustard
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    4 tablespoons butter
    salt, to taste
    pepper, to taste
    oil, as needed for frying
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients and shape into cakes of desired size.
    Fry in skillet at medium low heat in small amount of oil until golden brown, turning once.
