Eliane'S (My Mom) Carrot Kugel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups carrots, grated
    1/3 cup oil
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1 cup all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    2 large eggs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
    Grease a 9\" pie dish.
    Beat eggs together in a large bowl.
    Add all other ingredients and mix together.
    Bake for approx 45 or until a knife comes out clean.
