Cranberry Raisin Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 cups golden raisins
    1 1/4 cups orange juice
    1 cup granulated sugar
    1/2 cup white vinegar
    1 (12 ounce) bag cranberries
    2 teaspoons orange zest, minced
    1 1/4 teaspoons ground ginger
    1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    In large saucepan over medium heat, bring raisins, orange juice, sugar & vinegar to boil, stirring frequently.
    Reduce heat & simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
    Add cranberries, zest & ginger, & heat to boiling over high heat.
    Reduce heat & simmer, uncovered, another 10 minutes.
    Remove from heat & stir in walnuts.
    Cool, cover & refrigerate. Serve cold.
