Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 (8 1/2 ounce) Jiffy corn muffin mix
    16 ounces cottage cheese
    1 (10 ounce) box frozen chopped broccoli (thawed and drained)
    1/2 cup margarine or 1/2 cup butter, melted
    1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs and add margarine. Add other ingredients.
    Pour into greased 9 X 13 inch pan and bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
