Mocha Frost - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 scoops vanilla ice cream
    3 tablespoons chocolate syrup
    1/2 cup sparkling water (or club soda)
    1 cup ice
    2 ounces espresso
    Optional
    whipped cream, chocolate shavings and mint sprig, for garnish
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until well-mixed.
    Serve in a chilled glass. For added richness, top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig.
