Red Pepper Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 ounce) jar roasted red peppers, rinsed and drained
    1/2 cup fat-free cream cheese
    2 scallions, coarsely chopped
    1 clove garlic, coarsely chopped
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
Preparation
    Place the peppers, cream cheese, scallions, garlic and lemon juice in a blender or food processor.
    Process until the mixture is thoroughly pureed.
    Pour the mixture into a bowl and chill until needed.
