Creme De Menthe (Liqueur) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 ounces Everclear alcohol
    1 tablespoon spearmint oil or 1 tablespoon peppermint oil
    1 tablespoon green food coloring
    1 cup Karo light corn syrup
    1 cup water (approx.)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and pour into a bottle.
    Fill bottle with water, seal tightly, and shake frequently over the next week before using.
