Norwegian Red Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium red cabbage
1/4 cup butter
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup red currant jelly
Preparation

Chop cabbage fine, and put in a big pot.
Add butter, vinegar, sugar, water and salt.
Cook for 1hour on low heat.
Add jelly and cook for 20 minutes longer.
