Korean Chicken & Potato Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lbs chicken thighs or 2 1/2 lbs chicken wings
2 large potatoes, cut into lg chunks
2 carrots, cut into 2-inch pieces
1 onion, cut into 8 pieces lengthwise
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons sugar or 1 Splenda sugar substitute, packet
1 -3 tablespoon korean hot pepper paste (very spicy)
Preparation

Place everything in pot. Bring to boil, reduce heat to low and simmer 45 minutes. You can brown the chicken first if you like.
