Nutty Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cups plain flour
1 cup butter
1/2 cup margarine
1 1/2 cups light brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
5 eggs
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup chopped pecans
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325F and grease a tube pan.
Cream butter, margarine, and (both) sugar until light and fluffy.
Add egss one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Sift flour and baking powder into the batter alternately with the milk and vanilla extract.
Fold in the chopped nuts.
Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
