1/2 cup rolled oats, raw NOT COOKED (old fashioned preferred or steel cut)
1 1/2 tablespoons dried fruit (raisins, dried cherries, craisins)
1 tablespoon walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup skim milk or 1/2 cup light soymilk
