Rum And Raisin Ice Cream With A 'Twist - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup raisins, chopped
    1/4 cup dark rum
    1 1/2 tablespoons freshly-squeezed lime juice
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    2 cups heavy cream
    1 cup full-fat evaporated milk, mixed with
    3/4 cup water
    1/2 cup liquid honey, orange blossom is nice
Preparation
    Combine raisins, rum, lime juice and vanilla extract in small bowl; cover and stand overnight.
    Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly; pour into an ice cream maker and follow manufacturer's instructions.
