Asian Hummus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 cups edamame, cooked shelled
    1/3 cup tahini paste
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1 garlic clove, peeled
    1 teaspoon soy sauce
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree to desired consistency.
    To thin, add 1 tbsp water at a time.
