Kielbasa & Sauerkraut Skillet Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1 lb kielbasa, cut into 1/4-inch thick slices
    1 small red onion, thinly slicef
    1 small green bell pepper, cored, seeded and thinly sliced
    2 cups sauerkraut, rinsed and well drained
    2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
    1/2 teaspoon caraway seed
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation
    Heat oil in large skillet.
    Add sausage, onion & bell pepper.
    Cook over medium heat 5-10 minutes or until vegetables are tender and sausage is lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
    Drain Fat.
    Add sauerkraut, mustard, caraway seeds, salt & pepper to skillet.
    Cook over medium heat 3-5 minutes or until heated thru.
