Chicken In Tomato Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut into pieces
    4 tablespoons oil
    3 tablespoons tomato sauce
    4 red Italian tomatoes
    3 green chilies, seed and cut lengthwise
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon sugar
    1 tablespoon lime juice
    1/2 can coconut juice
    SPICES:
    1 onion
    6 almonds
    3 red chilies
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
    Blend spices until fine. Heat oil and fry chicken until brown.
    Remove chicken and fry spices for 2 minutes.
    Add tomato sauce, tomatoes, chilies, salt, sugar and lime juice and stir for 3 minutes.
    Add chicken, coconut juice and simmer for 20 minutes or until liquid is reduced to a thick gravy.
