Salmon Pasta Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 ounces rotini pasta or 8 ounces bow tie pasta
2 cups cooked salmon, cut into small chunks
1 1/2 cups grape tomatoes or 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1 small red onion, diced fine
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons dill weed
1 clove minced garlic
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 head iceberg lettuce, torn into pieces
Preparation

In a large bowl, toss together the pasta, salmon, tomatoes and onion.
Whisk together dressing by combining oil, lemon juice, dill, garlic, and salt and pepper.
Pour over pasta mixture, cover and chill.
Serve over bed of lettuce.
