Ga Xe Phai - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lbs cabbage, shredded
    3/4 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cooked and shredded
    1/2 cup mint leaf, chopped
    2 cups fresh bean sprouts
    1/4 cup chopped roasted peanuts
Preparation
    Combine all ingrediens in a mixing bowl.
    Dress with 2/3 cup Nuoc Cham, and serve.
    I think it's better the next day. Just cover it tightly in the refrigerator.
