Salmon With A Lemon Teriyaki Glaze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    1/3 cup sugar
    1/4 cup rice wine
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 teaspoon ginger, minced
    1 lemon, juice of
    1 teaspoon dry mustard
    6 salmon steaks
Preparation
    In a pot, combine the soy sauce, sugar, rice wine, garlic, ginger, lemon juce and dry mustard. Bring the mixture to a boil, reduce heat and cook for a few minutes until syrupy.
    Preheat the grill.
    Cook the salmon steaks for about 8 - 10 minutes. Brush with the glaze a few times on each side during cooking.
