Easy Salsa Meatloaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb ground beef or 1 lb ground turkey
1/2 cup salsa, your choice (mild-med-hot)
1/2 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese or 1/2 cup mexican cheese
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 dash salt & pepper or 1 dash crushed red pepper flakes
Preparation

1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES F (175 DEGREES C).
2. MIX ALL DESIRED INGREDIENTS IN LARGE BOWL. GET YOUR HANDS INTO IT. MIX UNTIL YOU CAN PICK IT UP IN ONE PIECE.
3. BAKE 45 MINUTES UNTIL DONE, A MEATLOAF PAN IS BEST!
4. TOP WITH EXTRA SALSA BEFORE OR AFTER COOKING. ENJOY!
